University of Wollongong NSW

At the onset of 2017 Archclad and Industry cladding and roofing partnered with Hutchinson Builders on the Wollongong student accommodation project. This 9000m2 project is wrapped in Archclad PVDF Satin Black and Zink Grey Aluminium in our popular Archclad Express and Cliptray 48 system. The project also utilizes our custom powder coated Aluminium shrouds all assembled at our Notting Hill factory. Watch this space for the completed project.

Beaver Street, Malvern East

Archclad 0.8mm PVDF Charcoal Black Single-Lock Standing Seam panels in a custom variable width layout 80,180 and 325mm. We really like the mixture of narrow and wide panels looking forward to seeing the completed project.

Richardson Street, Middle Park

We were approached approx. 2 months ago to suggest a low maintenance alternative to the existing timber façade on an exclusive home in Middle Park. The customer didn't want the long term maintenance issues associated with timber cladding and were seeking a marine grade cladding system. The obvious choice was a vertical Archclad Interlocking Express panels in PVDF Satin Black Aluminium. The customer is thrilled with the outcome, our quick turnaround and quality Install.

Clovelly NSW.

Stunning residential home in Clovelly NSW finished in VM Zinc Anthra Standing Seam variable width panels as seen on Foxtel’s Grand Designs.

This project was very unique as the bulk install was completed here in Melbourne at the Prebuilt factory. The modules were then shipped up to Clovelly NSW where the rest of the installation was completed.
